Delegate Wilson moves to amend the title of the resolution to read as follows:

“Applying to and urging Congress to call a convention of the states, under the authority reserved to the states in Article V of the United States Constitution, limited to proposing amendments to the Constitution of the United States to limit the terms of office that a person may be elected as a member of the United States House of Representatives, to set a limit on the number of terms that a person may be elected as a member of the United States Senate, to impose fiscal restraints on the federal government, to limit the power and jurisdiction of the federal government, and to set term limits for its officials.”
